This matter comes before the Court on the Motion to Have Unencumbered Equity in Real Estate Commonly Known as 1007 Johnson Farm Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40245 Preserved for the Benefit of Bankruptcy Estate for the Unsecured Creditors Under 11 U.S.C. Section 551 filed by LPP Mortgage, Ltd. (hereinafter “LPP”), an unsecured creditor.
