Introduction
This opinion addresses a Chapter 7 trustee’s Rule 60(b) motion to revoke the aban donment of real property to the debtors under § 554(c) of the Bankruptcy Code that occurred upon the closing of their Chapter 7 case. For the reasons explained in this opinion, the Court has determined to deny the Chapter 7 trustee’s motion.
