Affirming.

The appellant, I. Siegel, was indicted in the Campbell circuit court for “knowingly, fraudulently, unlawfully and feloniously uttering and delivering a check or order for the payment of money upon a bank, knowing at the time of such uttering and delivering that the maker or drawer had not sufficient funds in such bank for the payment of said cheek or order in full upon its presentation.” The trial resulted in appellant’s conviction and the fixing of his punishment at confinement in the penitentiary one year.
