The appeal is from an order denying appellant’s motion for an order “requiring the clerk” of the district court “to enter a judgment” upon an order theretofore made, or, if that be denied, then that said order be amended by adding “the words: ‘Let judgment be entered accordingly.’ ” We shall refer to the parties as plaintiff and defendants.
