DECISION ON ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE SEEKING ORDER VACATING AUTOMATIC STAY AND DIRECTING TURN OVER OF STOCK

The plaintiff, Angelo P. Rainaldi, has moved pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 4001 and 11 U.S.C. § 362(d) for an order vacating the automatic stay imposed under 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) and directing Marine Mid land Bank to turn over to him the shares of stock which it now holds in two wholly owned subsidiary corporations of this Chapter 11 debtor, Domestic Fuel Corp.
