The debtor, Domestic Fuel Corp., has commenced an adversary proceeding against the defendant, Angelo P. Rainaldi, to rescind a stock purchase agreement under which the debtor purchased from Rain-aldi all of the stock of Henry F. Raab, Inc. and Henry F. Raab Connecticut, Inc., (collectively referred to as “Raab”), for $1,600,000.
