Jessica Satterfield appeals from the March 3, 2004, order of the Circuit Court of Pleas-ants County granting summary judgment to Appellee Erie Insurance Property and Casualty Company (“Erie”) in connection with an issue of coverage that involves the “newly acquired auto clause” in a commercial auto policy.
