WILLIAMS, Associate Justice.
Article 1223, Revised Statutes,, provides, that in suits against incorporated companies, service of citation may be had on the president, secretary, or treasurer of the company, or upon the local agent representing such company in the county in which the suit is brought, etc.
In this case service was had upon Reagan Houston, the sheriff stating in his return that Houston was the secretary of the defendant. The citation commanded the sheriff to serve the defendant, by name, and was directed to the county of its domicile.
