Hairston & Nelson, as copartners, under the name of Hairston Drug Company, sued “American Soda Fountain Company of Wa-tertown, Massachusetts, a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Maine, with its principal office and place of business in the city of Watertown, State of Massachusetts,” and Peyton A. Ellison, a resident of Dallas county.
