Amcar Division, ACF Industries, Inc. (Amcar) petitions for review of a final decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board. 1 The Board, in reversing the decision of the administrative law judge, found Amcar to have committed unfair labor practices under section 8(a)(1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act (Act), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1) and (3). The NLRB has filed a cross-application for enforcement of its order.
