This is an appeal from judgment in favor of a contractor claiming that a union engaged in improper secondary picketing in violation of federal law and breached the “no-strike” clause in the parties’ collective bargaining agreement. The union claims that its activity was aimed only at a nonunion contractor on the same project, and to the extent it affected the secondary contractor, it was protected as a sympathy strike implicitly allowed by the terms of their bargaining agreement.
