Plaintiffs, individual insurance agents and brokers and their trade associations, appeal from a judgment denying the relief sought in a petition for writ of mandate and complaint for declaratory relief. This appeal concerns a provision of Proposition 103, an initiative measure adopted at the November 8, 1988, General Election.
