Aggrieved by the trial judge’s allowance of the defendants Motion to Dismiss pursuant to M.RC.R, Rule 12(b) (6), and a Special Motion pursuant to G.L.c. 231, §59H, the plaintiff, pro se, commenced this appeal in accordance with District/Municipal Courts Rules for Appellate Division Appeal, Rule 8C.
