Terra Jordan has filed a ten-count third amended complaint against her former employers, Whelan Security of Illinois (“Whe-lan”) and Health Care Service Corporation Illinois State, NFP d/b/a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (“HCSC”), alleging discrimination on the basis of her race, color, and gender, and retaliation, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
