OPINION

{¶ 1} Todd D. Harrison appeals from his conviction in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County of illegal possession of a firearm in or on a liquor permit premises. Harrison pled guilty to this charge in exchange for the State's agreement to drop the original charge of having weapons under disability, a felony of the third degree. Harrison was sentenced to community control for a period not to exceed five years.
