GOETTEL, District Judge.

On September 9, 2000, Defendants Carolyn Gorman and Robert Gorman (the “Gormans”) filed a motion to strike Count One of the Plaintiffs amended complaint without an accompanying memorandum of law. This Court granted the motion absent opposition on November 9, 2000. Plaintiff Carole- A. Robinson, II immediately notified the Court that she had mailed opposition to the Clerk’s office in New Haven, however it was apparently never received or docketed.
