Plaintiff, Ronald Bias, is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve. He seeks relief in this court in the form of retroactive reinstatement to active duty, back pay and allowances, correction of administrative records, and other equitable relief related to his retirement from the Marine Corps first in November 2006 and then again in November 2010 after his recall to active duty in August 2009.
