Appellant, Dale Sears, (“appellant”), appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, denying his motion to set aside a default judgment entered against him. We affirm.

Appellant resides in the City of Belle River in the Province of Ontario, Canada. Appellant was hired by Dent Wizard (Canada) Ltd., (“DWCL”) on August 25, 1995 to perform paintless dent removal services.
