Plaintiff Carmen R. Jividen (“Jividen”) alleges sex-based discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
