This is a bill in equity for an accounting brought by the executors of the will of John R. Magullion against the defendant, as surviving partner of the firm of J. R. Magullion and Company. The testator and the defendant formed the partnership in 1894 and it continued until the death of Magullion on March 12, 1914. At that time, the firm was conducting a retail liquor business and bar room at the corner of Tremont and Dover streets in Boston, and a wholesale liquor business next door on Tremont Street.
