|2The Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office filed a bill of information charging defendant, Lyndon Johnson, with possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(A), possession of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(C), and second offense possession of marijuana in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966(C). Defendant pled not guilty and filed several pre-trial motions, including a motion to suppress the evidence and statement which was denied after a hearing.
