Plaintiff was formerly employed as a Supervisory Aircraft Quality Control Eepresentative, GS-1942-12, for the Defense Supply Agency, Defense Contract Administration Services Eegion, Dallas (DCASK-Dallas). In the spring of 1971, after receiving a Separation/Keduction-in-Force (EIF) Notice, he retired from his position, and he has not been rehired by the agency.
