Pine Bluff Parks and Recreation, a department of the City of Pine Bluff, appeals from that portion of a decision of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission which found that it was reasonable and necessary that its injured employee, Lorenzo Porter, be maintained in a facility designed as a residence for paraplegics and in directing it to pay a portion of a stipulated rental for his unit in that facility.
