BUFORD, J.:
This is a case under the Workmen’s Compensation Act of Florida.
The record shows that in November, or early in December, 1945, H. A. Kruse, while in the employ of Consolidated Growers Association, suffered an injury to his knee by an accident arising out of, and in the course of, his employment, that over the protest and insistence of the employer that he desist from work and go to a doctor for treatment, he continued to work until about March 2nd, 1946, when at the insistence and direction of the employer, he went to a doctor for advice and treatment of the injury.
