This is an action by Mina Kieffer, plaintiff-appellant, against W. Harold Yan Leenwen, individually and as executor of the estate of Anna Gelock Leusenkamp, deceased, and Robert J. Yan Leenwen and Julia Keller for specific performance •of an alleged oral contract between appellant and her deceased sister, Anna G. Leusenkamp.
