ROWE, Justice.

Herbert Kay King appeals from a conviction of murder for which the jury assessed punishment at confinement for life in the Texas Department of Corrections and a fine of $10,000. In his original brief appellant asserts four evidentiary points of error. These points concern violation of discovery orders, warrantless searches, a double search, and warrants supported by defective affidavits. In a supplemental brief, appellant asserts fundamental error in the court’s charge respecting instructions on parole. For reasons given below, we overrule all points of error and affirm the…
