MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiffs Complaint to Determine Dischargeability. The Plaintiffs Complaint is based upon the statutory exception to discharge set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) which encompasses those debts which arise as the result of a debtor’s willful and malicious conduct.
