An opinion adjudicating the validity of the appointment of First National Bank and Trust Company in Orlando as trustee under the Will of Henry V. D. Voorhies was filed in this case December 30, 1936. In the present appeal we are concerned with the same parties and the same trust, but with the question of whether or not the trust was properly administered. We label them the. first and second appeals, by which they will hereafter be designated, the ultimate purpose of the litigation being to secure an accounting.
