MACY, Justice.

This case involves a dispute over estate assets. The trial court held a jury trial and entered a judgment and order in accordance with the jury’s verdict. The parties cross- appealed from the trial court’s judgment and order.

We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.

ISSUES
