RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.
Emmlee K. Cameron appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of appellees Frances Slocum Bank & Trust Company (the Bank), State Automobile Insurance Association (SAIA), and the Glass-ley Agency of Whitley, Indiana (Glassley). On the record before us, SAIA and Glass-ley have failed to show the absence of a genuine issue of material fact. Therefore, we reverse that part of the district court’s order granting summary judgment in their favor.
