The Plaintiff in this case, the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) brought a civil suit against the investment firm of Slocum, Gordon, & Co. (“SG & C”) and its two founding partners, John J. Slocum, Jr. (“Slocum”) and Jeffrey L. Gordon (“Gordon”).
