COOK, Judge:

Appellant was convicted by a general court-martial, composed of members, of the possession of heroin, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. We granted review to determine whether the military judge erred by denying appellant’s motion to suppress evidence1 and whether the evidence is sufficient to sustain the findings of guilty.
