This case is an appeal seeking de novo review, pursuant to 20 U.S.C. § 1415(i)(2)(A), of administrative decisions made by the Kansas State Board of Education with respect to Ben Johnson, a student with autism allegedly entitled to special education services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”).1 Currently pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Protective Order (doc. 14).
