STRINE, Vice Chancellor.
An arbitrator, Walter S. Rowland, Esquire, heard a dispute (the “Arbitration”) in which one of the parties, defendant InSight Health Services Corp., was represented by a law firm, Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young (“Stradley Ronon”), that was simultaneously representing Rowland in litigation in the Superior Court of Delaware.
