SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:

1. Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of a military judge alone at Griffiss Air Force Base, New York, on November 9, 1992. She pleaded guilty to absence without leave; forgery of an indorsement signature on AF Form 988, Aug. 86; and uttering worthless share drafts (6 specifications), in violation of Articles 86, 123, and 123a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 886, 923, and 923a, respectively.
