Robert E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial convicted the accused of two charges of forgery (Charge I, specifications 1 and 2) and of accepting remuneration to facilitate commercial transactions with members of the Air Force contrary to an Air Force regulation (Charge III), in violation of Articles 123 and 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 923, 892, respectively. It imposed a sentence of dishonorable discharge, total forfeiture of pay and allowances, and confinement at hard labor for six months. Intermediate appellate authorities affirmed, and the…
