The Board petitions for enforcement of its order issued against respondent on August 26, 1953, its decision and order being reported at 106 N.L.R.B. 157.
Respondent is a Georgia corporation, engaged in the processing of rubber and rubber products at Athens, Georgia, where it employs approximately 19 workers. In early May, 1952, its employees met with a representative of the United Rubber, Cork, Linoleum and Plastic Workers of America, C.I.O., and on May 7, 1952, ten of the employees signed union membership cards.
