In December, 1975, plaintiff com-

menced a paternity action through the Oakland County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Thereafter, in August, 1976, the firm of Bushnell, Gage, Reizen & Byington entered its appearance on behalf of plaintiff and assumed the full burden of representation. Ultimately, defendant admitted paternity, and an order of filiation was entered on June 15, 1978. Plaintiff’s attorneys presented evidence that 135 hours were spent on the case, and that the value of their services totalled $13,473.75.
