This is an appeal by the defendant from the order of the court below in a non-support proceeding brought by the wife under the Act of April 13, 1867, P. L. 78, §1, as amended, 18 PS §1251 et seq.

The complaint of the wife set forth that her husband in June 1937, without reasonable cause, separated himself from her and thereafter neglected to support her. The case was heard in the municipal court on July 1, 1941, before Judge Shmidheiseb. The wife was the only witness called.
