MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALEXANDER WILLIAMS, JR., District Judge.
Plaintiff Kensington Physical Therapy, Inc. (“Kensington”) brings this action against Defendant Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC (“Jackson”). Kensington asserts a putative class action claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”). Presently pending before the Court are (1) Jackson’s Motion to Dismiss for lack of standing and (2) Jackson’s Motion to Stay. The Court has reviewed the entire record and finds no hearing necessary.
