Plaintiff Kensington Physical Therapy, Inc. (“Plaintiff’) brings this action against Defendant Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC (“Defendant”). Plaintiff asserts a putative class action claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”).
