Certiorari to review a decision of the Industrial Commission awarding compensation to an injured employee.
The facts are not in dispute. Employer, Acton Construction Company, Inc., at the time of the injury sustained by the employee on August 19, 1960, was engaged in the construction of a pumping station building for the sewage drainage system of the city of Red Wing.
