The plaintiff filed his complaint originally in the Circuit Court for Knox County, Tennessee, stating causes of action under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213 (ADA), Tennessee law concerning defamation, and Tennessee Code Annotated § 8-50-103 1 .
