MEMORANDUM AND ORDER RE MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This court has before it Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment in regard to their complaint seeking a determination of the dischargeability of a debt.

On May 21, 1981, the Debtor, Irwin Katz filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code and an order of relief was entered. On July 10, 1981, the Plaintiffs, Rabbis Mordecai Savitsky and Samuel J. Fox filed a complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt evidenced by a state court judgment.
