MEMORANDUM OPINION
BROWN, Chief Judge.
This matter comes before the Court upon the motion of defendant Abbott Laboratories (“Defendant” or “Abbott”) for Reconsideration of this Court’s February 7, 2008 decision regarding instructions to the jury related to U.S. Patent Application No. 872,357 (“Mochnal Application”).
I. BACKGROUND
