Affirming.

The appellant, Oder Eve, was convicted of the crime of willfully and maliciously shooting and wounding Crit Johnson, and his punishment was fixed at confinement in the state penitentiary for a period of ten years. On this appeal the following grounds are relied upon for a reversal of the judgment: (1) Failure of the court to sustain appellant’s motion for a directed verdict of acquittal at the conclusion of the Commonwealth’s evidence and at the conclusion of all the evidence; (2) errors in the instructions; (3) admission of incompetent evidence; and…
