BARNES, Vice Chief Justice:

This Court has assumed original jurisdiction of Case No. 57,361 for the sole purpose of considering the constitutionality of 64 O.S. 1971, § 86.1, § 89, 64 O.S.Supp. 1979, § 52(c), 64 O.S.Supp. 1974, § 100, and 64 O.S.Supp. 1976, § 260.2.1

Petitioners contend that these statutes prohibit the Respondents, Commissioners of the Land Office, from complying with the terms and purposes of the Oklahoma Enabling Act,2 Act of Congress June 16, 1906, 34 *234U.S. St. at Large, pp. 267-278, §§ 7, 8, 9, and 10, which established this State’s School Land Trust, and said statutes…
