The petitioner seeks the review of an order made by the respondent, hereinafter referred to as the Board, finding that the petitioner had violated Sections 8(1) and 8(3) of the National Labor Relations Act 1 and ordering the petitioner to cease and desist from discouraging membership in Casket Workers Local Union No. 187 by discriminating in regard to the hiring of applicants for employment, and from interrogating his employees concerning their union membership and organizational activities.
