Pro se petitioner Eddy Bello No-lasco 1 seeks a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 challenging a June 20, 1997 Order 2 of the Immigration Judge (“IJ”) deporting him from the United States to the Dominican Republic. See Record at 28. To challenge his order of deportation, Nolaseo. filed a petition pursuant, to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on February 22, 2002.
