MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALBRITTON, Chief Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This case is before the court on a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Defendants , on June 30, 1999 (Doc. # 37).
The Plaintiff originally filed her Complaint in this court on October 13, 1998. She also filed an amendment to the Complaint correcting the name of one of the Defendants on October 13, 1998. In the Complaint, the Plaintiff brings claims for violation of procedural due process (Counts I, II, III, IV, and V) and outrageous conduct (Count VI).
